Abstract
IUFD is a common obstetric complication that can lead to serious maternal complications if left to resolve spontaneously. Misoprostol (PGE1) has been widely used for cervical ripening and labor induction in various pregnancy conditions, at different gestational ages and using different routes of administration and dosing regimens.
