Abstract

Syntax the Clause of Statement in the Diwan of Buhtry, a Descriptive Study (Generative Transformational)
The research handle the syntax of the clause of statement: whether it was affirmative, negative, or assured, in the Diwan of buhtry. This was through the Curriculum of the of the Generative Transformational theorem. It benefits from all the stages which the theorem passed by in analyzing the Clause, specially the stage of the model theorem and some of what was mentioned in the extended model theorem. The study was concentrated on the constructive level only, because this level is the most one, which this theorem interested with, in all its stages. The constructive form in it is the only post-classical form. But the indicative and phonology forms were illustrative. They does not serve in post-classifying the Clause and constructing it. The constructive form is the essential one in this theory. It limit the concealed and apparent construction of each Clause, in addition that the transmutive operations in this theory, is caused by the constructive form. But the role of the indicative form is represented in the ideal stage, in giving the indicative meaning on the concealed construction post-classically. The role of the phonological form is represented in giving the sonant meaning, on the apparent construction, which represent the outlet of the transmissions. So this study is a constructive study. Analyzing the Clause was as follows: clearing the concealed construction of each Clause, making the necessary transmissions on the concealed construction, clearing the apparent construction after making all the transmissions, limiting the stage of phonological meaning of the apparent construction and clearing the Clause in its final form, whether the pronounced or written.
But the curriculum which was followed in choosing the Clause from the Diwan, was the descriptive one. By describing, the Clauses were divided into kinds, under which the pictures were contained, and under the picture, the shapes were contained. The aim of describing is arranging and methodology, to be one curriculum in assorting the Clause and arranging it by models, pictures
and shapes.
This study was divided into an introduction and two parts. The first part was representing the theoretical side. It was consisted of two chapters: The first chapter consists of three themes: The first theme: introducing the poet, the second one: the concept of the Clause for the old grammarians, rhetoric specialists, and the Arab and European narratives. The third theme: the linguistic studies before the post-classical and transmiutive theory. The second chapter sated about the Generative Transformational theory, with all its extends. It came in four themes. The first theme: differences between the post-classical, Byobys, and behaviourist. The second theme: Aims of the Generative Transformational theory. The third theme: origins of the Generative.
