المستخلص SUMMARY OF THE STUDY Mowahedeen appeared, in the far west, looking for someone to rescue it. The Abbasside sate had been destroyed and divided into sub -states. Meanwhile, the Cusades and Mongols were attacking some parts of the Islamic world especially the Islamic leadership in Baghda. Andalusian states, on the other hand, were suffering bitterly during struggle stages between Muslims and Christians as a result of the crusades Spanish repeated invasions. In such era of struggle Mowahedeen state a eareed in the far west. Mowahedeen state was founded by Mohamed Ibn Thomert who realized the dangerous status of the Islamic world atnat time. He established a new state / Mowahedeen on religious instrttion and / or education were the means for the required human chare. Because a human being is the cornerstone of both - good family and soety Mowahedeen and especially Mohamed Ibn Tomert;alized that Such education has to be based on certain bases and cr41a. Then , they developed the existing education) institutions in elder to 1,1e,-,ti 4’,1e aims requirements of the new state. For this p; pose, they had their own system. and patterns of education in addition f-Aleir curricula and methodology an special attention to both teachers aid learners. In order to identify the educational pattern designed by Mowahedeen„ this study is an ttempt to answer the following main question. Flow was the educationa► education system in Mowahedeen age in the far west’? This qestion is divided into the following: 1-What were the societal factors which affected education in Mowahedeen Age ? 2-What were the intellectuall fundamentals of education in Mowahedeen Age ? 3-What were the objectives of education in the far west society in this era ? 4-What were the characteristics of teachers ? 5-What were the learmers ? 6-What were the subject - matters of the educational process ? 7-What were the instructiona / methods and techniques ? 8-What were the institutions of education ? How were they organized? And how were they administered and financed ? 9-What were the societal effects of education in Mowahedeen age ? And how was effective ? This resexrcher used the historical technique in the processes of data collection and evaluation . This dissertation thesis contains ten chapters : The first chapter includes the research problem, significance, terms, technique and previous studies. The second chapter is a study of the influential factors on education in the for west in Mowahedeen Age . The third chapter deals with the teoretical / intellectual framework of education in Mowahedeen Age . The objectives of education - Sources and rmportance - in Mowahedeen Age comprises chapter four . The fifth chappter is concerned with the treachers - their characteristics and roles - as well as learners. The subject - mathers or instructional materials form the core of chapter six. Chapter seven discusses mothods of teaching in Mowahedeen Age. Chapter eight surveys the education / institutions - organization and finance. The last chapter in the for west in Mowahedeen Age. Recommendations and Suggestions are offered too . The findings of the present study indicated that education in Mowahedeen Age has adopted a clear - cut, well - constructed and inclusive education, policy. This pollicy comprised all aspects of the education , process . Efforts of reform and change in all fiedls of eife - religious, social, economic, political ... etc. were based on education so as to achieve the reguii ed aims / purposes. Thus, it is recommend that efforts should be directed to in - depth study of the uran and Al-Sunaa as the basic sources of Islamic education ( rather than to discussion of minute details ) |
