Abstract
The aim of this work is to evaluate the!-results of treatment of recent. metacarpal and phalangelal fractures by external fixator. The material of this study included 33 patients presented with 35 metacarpal and phalangeal fractures treated by the use of external fixator. All these patients were treated in Tanta University Hospital between April 2002 to November 2003.
