Abstract
The anthor has carried out theoretical and experimental investigations of events which occur doe to seepage under the floor of the hydraulic structures models are usually the source of approximation to-such diverse and complex problems these are either hydraulical or eLectrical analyogy models the analogy of ohm’s law for flow of electricity through conductors and darcy’s law for flow of water through porous media the application of electrical analogy is adopted in two cases(l) homogeneous strata of limited depth (2) twO layered system of different permeabilities and different depths the results obtained from the electrical analogy have proved extremely satisfory many useful conclusions in the field of designing the flyash on plasticity dry densityph.dvalue and strength of soil physical chemical and mineralogical properties of soil and flyash are determinedproper quantities of flyash or lime flyash and air drieed soil are thoroughly blended then the amount of water required to bring the flyash-soil or line-flyash soil to Optinum moisture content is added and mixing is continued.
