Abstract
This study aims to describe the metal flow and to estimate the strain and strain-rate flow stress the tewerature rise distribution in cold impact extrusion of alliminilim and lead is investigated the work comprises measuring the extrusion pressure and estimating efficiency of the process for aluminum and lead calculating strain strain-rate and temperature rise doe to extrusion and energy dissipation is carried out the specimens are extruded at room temperature by using eccentric press extrusion pressure is measured by using a strain guage lead cell.
