ًWith the increasing of universal interest of the environmental problems & the good environment management for solid waste through sustainable development concept which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs with respect ecology dimensions for development process. So we should follow urban environment management of solid waste in new industrial zones in Egypt. The research has consisted of four parts, in addition to the part that contains the conclusions and recommendations, as follows:
part one: The importance of existing a system of environmental management:
This part aims to present the environmental management at all. Through defining some concepts like Eco system, the balance of Eco and their relationship with development, studying sustainable development process, importance and phases and handling environmental management at all and in Egypt particularly. This part ended with EIA at the international and local faces as one of main supports in the environmental management system in industrial zones.
Part Two: Environmental perspective for industrial development process:
This part aims at analyzing the interchangeable relation between natural environment and industrial development through studying the solid wastes management, resources management and how to use it to reduce the solid waste.
Part Three: Solid wastes in industrial zones:
This part is studying solid wastes in industrial zones through literatures which related with Solid wastes in industrial zones. and international and local experience’s for the solid wastes management in industrial zones.
Part Four: Case study (El Safa industrial zone in Assiut):
This part is studying El Safa industrial zone in Assiut as example of industrial zones. To connect scientific research with practical facts, and how to use it in surroundings.
The research concludes with some general results and recommendations.
