Abstract
This Study Is Initiated To Collect Basic Information Concerning The Bionomics Of A. Gossipi. The Feeding Habits And Predatory Behaviour Of A. Gossipi, The Effectiveness Of A. Gossipi As A Predator On Different Species Of Preys Are Studied. Biological And Ecological Studies Are Carried Out On The Effect Of Prey And Non-Prey Substances On The Development And Fecundity Of A. Gossipi. A Thorough Morphological Description Of The Adult Stages Is Given And Distinction Is Based On Both Morphological And Biometrical Criteria. A Special Technique Is Adopted For Rearing The Predator Mite. Biological Aspects Of A. Gossipi And Comparative Studies On The Effect Of Diet Are Discussed.
