Abstract The Aim Of The Present Thesis Is To Gain Some Basic Information Which May Assist In A Proper Understanding Of The Ecology Of Pests Infesting Dehydrated Onion. Furthermore The Study Aims To Help In Advocating More Effective And Better Methods Of Control Of These Insect Pests. The Results Obtained Show That Temperature As Well As Relative Humidity Affect Both Larval Duration And Percentage Of Pupation. Also, Low Relative Humidities Prove To Be Fatal For The Larvae. |
