Abstract In the present investigation, three different types of plant materials are applied to two types of soil extracts and incubated at room temperature for 60 days. The clover and beans straw representing leguminasae family and wheat straw belonging to Graminae family are air dried, finely ground and incubated with Shalakan and Tahreer soil extracts. The development of humic and fulvic acids are followed throughout the experiment and chemically studied. Determination is carried out of : total Nitrogen, free amino acids, total amino acids, reducing sugars, Hydroxyl Phenolic and Aliphatic groups, Carboxylic groups, Phenolic and Carboxylic groups, and chromatographic analysis of amino acids. |
