Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to offer the possibility of fully integrating the filtering function, Hence we used he switched - capacitor opproach • . ,1 This technique makes use of the unique properties of metal - oxide - Semiconductor (MOS) integrated - circuit technology. The original idea behimed the ferst integrated. Switched-capacitor filters was to replace the rasistors of active RC filters by approximately equivaleut (implement- ation) periadically switched - capacitors. The transfer functions of these switched-capicitor filters are then determined by capacitor ratios only which can be realized to a high precision using MOS integrated circuit technology. Hence we mant to make use of the periodic switching of capacitors to abtain usful analog function, general equivalence between resistor- capacitor (R-C) networks 0, which the resistor are replaced by combinations of capacitors and switches • |
