Abstract
The present work aims to investigation the developmental changes in the thyroid gland and the gonada in perkin ducks raised under the Egyptian conditions. It also studied the changes in the endocrine glands of poultry. The information on ducks is rather scanty particularly with respect to the relation with the effects of Egyptian environment on both the thyroid and gonads. The relationship between the developmental changes in the thyroid and reproductivity functions in both males and females is also discussed.
