Abstract Samples are taken throughout a period of twenty months. Determinations are made for specific gravity, fat, non-fat solids lactose, total nitrogen, ash and chloride. These determination are performed on one hundred and sixty samples of individual cow’s milk and one hundred and sixty individual sample of buffalos milk. Analysis of the im of flavour components is also studied. |
