Abstract
In this work , 87 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were chosen from the Outpatient Clinic, General Surgery Department, Assiut University Hospital. Those patients were choosen as regard inclusion criteria of this work that select and incorporates only the malignant variety of obstructive jaundice.
The system of diagnosis that was applied on each patient separately according to the master Sheet of this detect the obstructive jaundice patients and then the malignant variety as a cause through multiple steps.
