المكتبات المتنقلة بالقاهرة الكبرى : دراسة ميدانية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف عل قدرة المكتبات المتنقلة علي القيام بوظائفها وطبيعة خدماتها ومدي تلبية احتياجات المستفيدين علي اختلاف أجناسهم . ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة قام الباحث بإجراء مسح ميداني للمكتبات المتنقلة بمحافظات الجيزة والقاهرة والقليوبية ، وعددها (12) مكتبة ، وأسفر المسح عن وجود مكتبات متنقلة في دار الكتب وجمعية الرعاية المتكاملة وشركة المقاولون العرب ومكتبة مبارك العامة ومستشفي الأطفال الجامعي التخصصي الياباني و قصر ثقافة 15 مايو ومركز شباب نزلة الأشطر ومدرسة الإمام علي ومدرسة الأورمان الابتدائية ، كما تم دراسة المسـتفيدين وفئاتهم واتجاهاتهم .
وتمت الدراسة في سبعة فصول يتناول الأول التعريف بالمكتبات المتنقلة وتاريخ نشأتها وأهدافها والمستفيدين منها ، ويعني الفصل الثاني بدراسة المقار الإدارية ومواقع الخدمة ووسيلة الانتقال والأثاث والتجهيزات ، ويشمل الثالث إدارة المكتبات المتنقلة ، ويتضمن الرابع بناء وتنمية المقتنيات ، ويهتم الخامس بالإعداد الفني للمقتنيات ، ويتحدث السادس عن خدمات المكتبات المتنقلة ، ويغطي الفصل السابع والأخير سبل تطوير المكتبات المتنقلة .
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المكتبات المتنقلة بالقاهرة الكبرى تعاني من قلة عدد الوحدات المتنقلة وعدد العاملين المتخصصين ، وضعف الميزانية ، ونقص التجهيزات ، وعدم ملائمة المقتنيات لاحتياجات المستفيدين ، كما أن خدماتها محدودة .
وقام الباحث من خلال الدراسة بتقديم الاقتراحات للنهوض بالمكتبات المتنقلة بالقاهرة الكبرى، والتغلب علي نواحي القصور التي تعاني منها حتى تقوم بمهامها وخدماتها علي أكمل وجه.

This study aims to know the ability of bookmobile to do its functions , the nature of its service , and the extent of meeting the user needs on various interests , to achieve the goals of the study the searcher has held a field survey to bookmobiles in governorates of Cairo ,Giza ,and Al-Caliobia which number 12 library,the survey result that there are bookmobiles in Dar-elkotob ,Gameiat Elreaia Elmotakamla , Elmocawlon Elarab, Mobark public library , the Japanese specialized university children hospital, 15 may cultural palace , Nazlat Elaster youth center ,El-Emam Ali primary school , Elorman primary school , besides held user study ,there categories , their trends.
The study contain 7 chapter : the first handles the definition of bookmobiles , the history of their growing , goals , and users , The second chapter deals with the study of the administrative headquarters and the sites of service and means of transport and the furniture and the equipments, The third includes the administration of the mobile libraries, The fourth includes collection development, The fifth cares for technical processes for collections , The sixth speaks about the services of the mobile libraries, The seventh and last chapter covers the ways of the development of the mobile libraries .
The study has reached the result that the mobile libraries in the Greater Cairo suffer from small number of mobile units ,The number of specialized workers, The weakness of the budget, The decrease of the equipments, The collections are not suited to the users needs, so that its services are limited .
The study offers suggestions for the advancement of the mobile libraries in the Greater Cairo, and the triumph over the inability they suffer from so that the mobile libraries may carry out their tasks and services perfectly.
