Different pesticides methods of application as sprays, accidental and / or prolonged exposure to any agrochemicals causes great public health concern and economic losses. So, government agencies require that drugs, food additives and pesticides must be evaluated for their teratogenic potential before its recommendations. The present available in this methods field are studied in rodents and surveillance of human epidemiology (Kotwani et. al., 1995). Reproductive toxicity can be evaluated in a comprehensive manner in males and females, including identification of target organs and, in some cases,rats treated with 4 and 6 mg / kg b. wt. / day of cyanophos. While, no significant alter was noted at all treatments of imidacloprid and the highest dose of cyanophos.
