Abstract
The field experiments was conducted at mallawi agriculture Research station ,A.R.C.egypt ,during 1986/1987 and 1987/1988 growing seasons ,i.e.,3,4 and 5 times of irrigations,whrat varieties, i.e.,Giza 160, Sakha 69 and Giza 157 and seeding rates, i.e.35,55 and 75 Kgs seeds / feddan on gwowth , yield and yield components.
A Split – Split plot desing with four replications were performed – number of irrigations were arranged randomly in the main plots and varieties in the sub plots, while seeding rates were allocated randomly in the sub-sub plots.
