Abstract
The work in this thesis is arranged in two parts:
1- concerned with the synthesis of some new pyridine derivatives linked to gallic acid 1 or pyrogallol 2 residues, which it could be of potential bilogical properties.
2-prepared compounds (129b,130a,130b,131,132,134,135,137,138a,140,141,143and 144) were tested against Gram+ve bacteria (Bacillus subtilis), Gram-ve bacteria (Escherichia coli) and fungi.
