Abstract
This study had been conducted on 500 women to highlight the relationship between antenatal care and outcome of pregnancy. The places of the study had been chosen on the basis of high flow of clients on these places. 440 cases of cases representing 88% were from minia general hospital and the 60cases representing 21% were from west bank health center. The percentage of women who received any antenatal care was 69.3% and who did not receive was 30.7% the percentage of rural women who had any antenatal care was 68.9%, that was close to that of the urban women 71
.2%.
