Abstract
This study aimed at detection of alloantibodies in multiple blood transfused patients with chronic renal failure and determination of their types. the study included 200 randomly selected patients from hemodialysis unit of Assiut university hospital ( 144 males and 56 females, age ranged from 25-60 years ).
