Abstract
The aim of the work is to assess the incidence of post traumatic respiratory complications, in emergency department Suez Canal, University Hospital in the period from 1 9 2004 to 31 12 2004, to find out the recommendations needed to reduce the incidence of mortality and morbidity due to respiratory complications
