Abstract

In general, most patients with chronic gallbladder diseases presenting with flatulent dyspepsia, which can be described as epigastric discomfort after meals and a feeling of fullness associated with belching, however there is no specific type of dyspepsia should be associated with gallbladder diseases.
The diagnosis of gallbladder diseases is based mainly on Xray studies, radiologic examinations of the biliary tract before, during and after surgery are now routine and indispensable procedures, blind areas in the gallbladder and bile ducts have to come to light through the judicious use of plain radiography and intravenous cholangiography.
In this work we tried to find a relationship between the radiologic findings and the operative data in patients presented with biliary dyspepsia in various gall bladder diseases.
In other words our aim is to test the accuracy of the radiological examinations in gallbladder diseases and their fallacies in the diagnosis in comparision with the operative findings.
