Abstract autogeneous bone grafts at the same surgery. Ten patients participated in this study. After anaesthesia and reflection of mucoperiosteal flaps, they received 10 implants of 13 mm in length and 3.75 mm in diameter. Autogenous bone graft was applied to the implant associated bone defects and GBR membranes were applied to the sites and stabilized with titanium tacs. After a healing period of 6 months, membranes were removed and porcelain fused to metal crowns were delivered. <Clinical evaluation was performed using: Plaque index, gingiva] index, probing depth, mobility of implant, and bone gain assessment. Radio graphic evaluation was performed using standardizec periapical radiographs to evaluate the surrounding bone. |
