Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of functional loading of the supporting structure within resected mandibles that have selected for this study with certain criteria.All patients were hemi-resected mandible with fully denate maxillary arch and remaining the autogenous bone graft, the selected patients were divided into two main groups. One of them included patients who underwent mandibular reconstruction with non-vascularized rib grafts and the other , included those with free vascularized fibula grafts. Two endosseous implants were installed into the reconstructed side upon which an implant-natural teeth supported removable partial denture was constructed for every patient
