Abstract
This study was performed to evaluateof the effect of using the mini transitional implants in implant as temporary abutments in mandibular implant overdenture cases on the supporting structures for this study twelve edentulous patients were selected all patients had resorbed edentulous mandibles and accepted implant overdenture treatment modality all patients received a new set of upper &lower complete dentures constructed using the conventional methods all patients had two endosseous screw type implants (IMTEC CO.U.S.A)\Placed in the mandibular sysmphysis area according to the accepted protocols
