Abstract
The haemopoietic system is very sensitive to disease process in other system. Anaemia is the most commonly reported extra auricular manifestation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The underlying mechanisms responsible for its development have not yet been proved. The present work aimed at investigation of some hematological changes in rheumatoid arthritis, and it was carried out on 15 cases, 12 females and 3 males, the age of the patients ranged from 34 to 57 years .
