Abstract
The aim of this work is throw a light on some pharmacodynamic effects of imidocarb dipropionate with special to its effects on male fertility. The obtained results revealed that imidocarb has hepatotoxic and nephrotoxic effects after intramuscular injection of either single or booster dose. In addition it’s also have deleterious effects on male rat fertility. Moreover it induce hemolytic anemia in the 1st 4 wekks of injection in treated rats which returned to anaemia levels after that , so it recommended to be used only in case of server Babesiosis which causes death due server anaemia, and not recommended to be used in food producing animals or in valuable male animals used for breeding.
