Abstract
Examination absenteeism is condidered as a constant problem for education,whatever its causes,whether illness,social factors,or others. Medical study requires mature stable student with certain characteristics, high socioeconomic level,bright.academically successful.work independently, interested in work activity.little interest in free time or travel and high self-rating on empathy. The desire to serve,humility and awe,humanity and compassion, and appreciation of failure,are necessary to enable the students to face variable stresses of medical school,and achieve better. Psychic unstable and introverted student may have certain difficulties in adaptation to university study,in concentration during learning,in getting over study problems,in self-presentation at1 examination,and the like.
