This research Identifies the elements affecting the climatic performance of the urban communities, which discussed by the climatic researchers and could be taken, then reach to the positives and negatives of the climatic performance of the Egyptian urban communities.
It takes the first sector of Burg EI-Arab city as a case study, because of its importance as the Future extended of Alexandria city and Marriott region, to benefit from its positives and avoided negatives in the new sectors and cities in Egypt.
