Abstract
The aim of the present work is to treat patients with refractory ascites by simple shunt of ascitic fluid form the abdomen and its re-infustion intravenously after exclusion of infection. At the same time trestment by the previous medical reime is carried on. A better response to diureticws with and after this procedure is expected.
