Abstract
The Study aims at evaluating the role of percutaneous nephrostomy in the diagnosis and treatment of upper obatructive uropathy, defining the level and cause of obstruction or relieving it, The place of bith temporary and permanent PCN procedures in the management of upper urinary tract obstructions will be also assessed.
