Abstract

Dissertation abstract (one page) Nano Nanoparticles are considered to be the most important materials for separation and preconcentration of some trace elements so we prepared new nanoparticles from eggshells and study the factors affecting on their ability for separation and preconcentration of metal ions in order to obtain high ability for separation and preconcentration of some trace elements (Cu, Zn and Pb), also use these nanoparticles for separation and preconcentration of these elements in real samples (Blood ,food ,bones and urine). Also make comparison between high and low fluxes polysulfone semipermeable membranes in blood filtration from some trace elements (Cu, Zn, Cd and Pb) in addition to creatinine, sodium and potassium in hemodialysis patients as we collect samples from patients under dialysis process using high flux membranes before and after dialysis process, also samples from patients under dialysis process using low flux membranes before and after dialysis process and samples from health persons (All samples are taken from urology and nephrology center at Mansoura university), then the concentrations of the previous trace elements in addition to creatinine , sodium and potassium trace determined for all samples, we found that high flux membranes are more effective in blood filtration from trace elements than low flux membranes.
