The Study has been divided into six chapters as follows: The first chapter dealt with the general framework of the study where he offered study the problem and its significance and the reasons for selecting subject in addition to displaying the methodological framework of goals and questions and theoretical concepts, we have offered theories that interpret the subject of study by psychoanalytic theory, and theoretical functional constructivism, the theory of the role, social disintegration in addition to the theory many other theories that analyze the nature of marital disputes. The second chapter presentation to a group of Arab and foreign previous studies indicating the relationship that these studies linking the current study. The third chapter came to study the family and socialization through the family and the importance of the concept as a social institution or social organization, introduced to the elements and characteristics of the family and the control of the self-nature relationships within the family, and classification of modern forms of the family, and the organization of internal family and basic functions have also display chapter of the nature of the family and family relations, and socializing in the Libyan Arab society in terms of the importance of family and raising children, and methods of upbringing various obstacles and finally the family role in socialization. Chapter IV causes of the differences between the couple have been treated through the manifestations and symptoms and their sources and the level of disagreement and the reasons for that focus on women going out to work and the upbringing of each spouse separately, and the conflict of roles between the spouses, and parental involvement in the marital relationship, then the economic level of the family, as well as educational and cultural level. The fifth chapter has dealt with the impact of family disputes on the socialization processes through the factors that contribute to marital stability, family disputes, affecting the education of their children of family factors, the effects of the problem of marital disputes, the manifestations of the differences between the couple and their impact on children, the implications of the differences family to the children, the relationship between the couple’s impact on children, the nature and effects of the marital relationship disorder, the community’s role in alleviating marital conflicts, marital problems and conflicts and how to treat them. The Chapter VI came to address the field study in terms of methodological procedures and the type of study and its methodology and tools, and the research community and the study sample and the most important areas of study, and the results of the field study and the overall results and the conclusion and the most important recommendations of the study.
