Is the poverty and crime of the most important problems facing the problems of society, is the Ministry of Social Solidarity party involved in the implementation of social welfare system, and I study was to monitor the mechanisms of social security and defense in pursuit of the possibility of reducing the problems of poverty and crime through the activation of these mechanisms, and the descriptive analytical study.
