Study Problem Political transition have become a reality in the Arab countries in the realities of the present time, As the countries’s economy is affected by the political changes taking place in which.Therefore the problem of study in the knowledge of the impact of political transitions on economic growth through the channels of transmission of various distinct on(political stability and predictability, investment in human capital, rule of law, investment in physical capital, level of development and technological change, quality of institutions), and what mechanisms that should continue to make political transitions positively affect the the economic growth study subject This study aims to find out the effects of political transition on different channels which in turn affects economic growth to a statement if the political system(democratic, non-democratic) that supports economic growth or not . In addition to use the experiences of some states in particular which are similar to their economic circumstances with Egypt. ResultsStudy Political transitionsdirectly and indirectly affect the economic growth rates through various channels influence on the transition,and therefore it is clear that the democratic systems have a positive effect on economic growth rates, and that the non-democratic system is adversely affect the economic growth rates. Recommendations4)Study The existence of political leadership with a clear vision of economic, developmental and philosophy and realistic, and is keen on the independence of the national decision, and take into account the rights of the poor without encroachment on the rights of investors and businessmen reformulation of civil-military relations in line with the foundations of the democratic system, that is done gradually and through negotiation and confidence-building measures between the civilian and military building. civil society organizations to support, as one of the most important elements of building a democratic society, through its quest to broadcast the national consciousness, the concept of a single citizenship. The rule of law that is, the judiciary is independent punctuate the impact of any party faithful, and that everyone is equal in front of him the rights, privileges and duties. Requires the success of the process of democratic transformation consensus among the various political forces on the democratic system foundations, principles and controls.
