The twentieth century has witnessed many political and economic changes in the international arena, which had an impact on the social and economic conditions of the various countries of the world, the twentieth century saw two world wars, it resulted in the addition to the millions of victims of human beings, a global economic disaster and destruction in infrastructure suffered by countries developed and developing world alike, in addition to the appearance of independence and liberation and self-determination movements, and the decline of the military-colonial developing countries ideas, and replaced Pray internal colonization of its infrastructure drain economic resources of these countries.The world in this period also saw also the emergence of international organizations, the beginning of the League of Nations after the First World War, and replaced the Organisation of the United Nations after World War II in 1945, and the consequent of conferences and international agreements in order to overcome the disaster caused by the war on one hand, to achieve the economic development of the countries of the entire world on the other. Therefore many of the specialized international economic organizations have arisen such as the IMF, in order to solve the monetary problems and to control currency exchange rates, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in order to help in the rebuilding of the World War II legacy of destruction, as well as the work by the governments of the various States to establish an international organization of international trade cooperation, ended with the signing of the General agreement on tariffs and trade (GATT) in 1947 with the aim of international trade protectionism and easing the restrictions imposed by states on foreign trade that incoming development.
