Abstract

The hospitality industry is abroad category of fields within service industry that includes lodging, restaurants; particularly the profit sector is inexorably linked with the development of transportation, economic growth and in term the tourism product. It is a highly stressful industry as it is labor-intensive and involves frequent rotations, work overload, anti-social working hours, and intensive contacts with customers, and highly emotional labor characteristics. Women in the past played different roles imposed by the conditions of society harm dominated by the man after he identified the relationship between him and women but after that women participated in the work of Agriculture and they contributed in production and worked in the factories with difficulties encountered. women going out to work, in the field, have led to some gains in various countries, which were able to practice this type of activity that improved the status of women in the last fifty years in most countries. in the modern society now witnesses a growing recognition to the need for women and their great role in many fields some are special for women and some are joint with men also practicing her human rights including the right to work is application to a reality we live not a competition or classification object. female workers has took up a lot of interest by researchers in this area, and if you look at human history, you will find that the economy, which depends on the women participation since the beginnings or contemporary society is witnessing a growing recognition of the need of women to work and their role in many areas. women’s work in the life’s roles may cause minor problems and its impact on sensitive roles in maternity and child-rearing and home management, which make many researchers to carry out a variety of studies on women’s work and its impact on them and on their children and family life. In the tourism and hospitality sector, especially hospitality sector the reality of female workers is not good and there is an urgent need to increase the participation of female workers in this sector and strengthen its presence there. It is necessary to.
