Investments as great capitalist projects are practicing their activity in various parts of the world and they aim at making the greatest profit they can. They choose for achieving this abjective the various production sites where they lower the production expenditures and increase the marketing opportunities. So, they choose the sites in which there is the cheap clever labour that can add the greatest value added due to what they produce or he infrastructure that helps the production process, transport, marketing, saving effort and facilitating the marketing operations.
In South East Asia Countries, there were countries attracting the investment such as Malysia and having great sectors of foreign investment such as machinery carriage equipment, iron and steel products, metals, textiles, wood et Cefera. In addition, they have taken a great role in attracting the foreign investment for building the developed infrastructure, human resources as well as the capability of the foreign investment as for promoting their exports. In Egypt, the importance of FDI appears in relation to achieving a common interest of the coming capital through profits and raising the efficiency level. This is in addition to the growth of exports and the role that could be played by it in diversifying the structure of national economy and raising the value added as well as increasing the foreign exchange. Moreover, the research demonstrates the role of FDI in promoting the export capabilities of the host countries like Egypt.
