Abstract

The letter consists of three main parts: the first part, which means the study of the chemistry of 2-aminotiazole compounds, where the methods of preparation, interactions and knowledge of the published research in this field in the modern scientific journals and journals of the number 12, and the second part contains a scientific analysis and mechanical reactions of some 2-aminotiazole derivatives, which was used as a primitive compound in the preparation of many homogeneous heterozygous compounds, which are expected to have distinct biological activity. Some newly constructed compounds were evaluated as antimicrobial. I biological outstanding as newly identified chemical compositions of the compounds prepared using the methods of spectroscopy such as NMR - infrared and mass spectrometer The third part includes practical methods for the preparation of new heterocyclic compounds. The thesis consists of three chapters : Chapter 1 : A comprehensive office survey includes the chemistry of 2-aminotiazole compounds and the publication of the material published in the specialized international scientific journals and periodicals. This section is an extensive scientific reference to the chemistry of 2-aminothiazole compounds in terms of preparations and reactions of this compound. In Chapter 2. : Including the discussion and analysis of the mechanical reactions used in terms of interaction of 2-aminotiazole compound with some chemical reagents for the preparation of some derivatives of thiazol and thiophene. The biological evaluation of some new compounds as antimicrobial was also given good indicators. In Chapter 3 : This section deals with the preparation of all the newly prepared compounds in the thesis. The chemical structures have been proven by means of spectroscopic methods such as infrared, NMR and mass spectrometry, as well as precise analysis of the elements and determination of the melting point of each compound. Used in biological assessment.
