When the Phoenicians came to North Africa they found many tribes, most of which had their own political, religious and cultural systems. However, historical sources did not refer to any political formation in North Africa until the middle of the third century BC This does not mean that there are no tribes and civilization before this History While the Greeks and the modern Romans dealt with the Africans from the third century BC, it was only because Africans played a central role in the wars between Rome and Carthage that it was difficult for any historian to speak about these wars without being exposed For Africans.Among the most important tribes that lived in North Africa were the Numeidians, whose relationship with Carthage was friendly and peaceful, and the economic, civilizational and social relations and ties between them were strengthened. By the middle of the third century BC, the Kingdom of Numidia was founded by the Mamili (Numidia) With the outbreak of the Second Punic War in 218 BC.
