Abstract
Introduction: Definition of the aesthetic characters of the ideal female breast and the hazards of breast hypertrophy and ptosis in women and the idea of treatment.The aim of work:to evaluate the results of The No Vertical Scar inferior pedicle breast reduction technique with (dermal suspension sling and dermal plication)in management of cases with breast hypertrophy and ptosis. Research Plan:Prospective study on 11 female patients suffering from breast hypertrophy and ptosis which will be managed by ”No vertical scar inferior pedicle breast reduction technique with dermal suspension and dermal plication”, and study the effects of this technique in improving aesthetic outcomes and decreasing complications. Results: the use of ”No vertical scar inferior pedicle breast reduction technique with dermal suspension and dermal plication” in management of patients with breast hypertrophy and ptosis, improves the aesthetic outcomes by maintaining breast stability, decrease bottoming out, and decrease the complication rate. Conclusion: We use the technique of ”No vertical scar breast reduction with dermal suspension and plication” in correction of breast hypertrophy and ptosis with a very good aesthetic result and normal range of mild complications.
