The phenomenon of ”over urbanizaition” in the major cities - and the capital city - is one of the most important issues related to urbanization in the world, especially in developing countries. The experience of establishing new urban communities has become a global phenomenon shared by developed and developing countries alike. Growing population growth in existing cities. The countries of the world have taken various strategies to redistribute populations to cope with social and economic problems, including the strategy of establishing new cities, as well as other strategies to reduce the rapid growth of the capital and major cities, the development of small and medium cities and the transfer of the administrative capital.Egypt was not isolated from the world regarding the experience of establishing new cities. Egypt adopted a policy of establishing new cities to invest billions of pounds in the new administrative capital as a way to overcome the problems facing the Egyptian society at present. The regions are attractive areas for economic investments, and thus provide new job opportunities to motivate citizens to travel to and stay in these cities, which contributes to the redistribution of the population in Egypt in a balanced manner.The importance of the current study stems from the importance of the study topics: urban inflation and new cities. The plan has been taken to establish a number of cities and new urban communities since the mid-1970s to ease the population pressure on existing cities, The proposal of a number of cities and national projects to reduce the problem of urban inflation, including: [Alamein New city and Mansoura new city, and the city of tahia Egypt], to eliminate slums ... etc, and it is necessary to follow up what has been achieved in this regard. And identify the strengths and weaknesses, to take appropriate corrective actions.
