The problem of the deviant event is one of the most important problems faced by the social environment because of the dangers and implications for its future.The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is a complex social phenomenon that threatens the security and safety of society and threatens its existence and the future of its generations. Therefore, it was necessary to confront this phenomenon and to deal with it through studying and analyzing it. It has also been observed that juvenile delinquency is often due to more than one factor, including the personality of the event itself, including the external environment around it, so that a combination of these factors interacts with the event, and that one factor of the event It is not often enough to cause a deviation, unless some other delinquency factors are involved that together create deviant behavior. The problem of delinquency is one of the biggest problems faced by contemporary societies, especially juvenile delinquency. The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency in the world is a serious phenomenon that poses a threat to the security, stability and construction of the society. This phenomenon is not new and it is found on the level of all the countries of the world and is not related to developing countries only but it is increasing in developing societies for several reasons including social, psychological, economic, Which deepens the seriousness of this phenomenon in developing countries, most of which are children.
