Abstract

Phosphorus is found in Egyptian soil in large quantities, but not easy on the plant. Therefore, the study tends to use different methods to add phosphate fertilizers to the soil in order to improve efficiency and increase availability for easy absorption of the plant because phosphorus plays an important role in the growth of the plant and its components and yield. Improving the efficiency of the use of phosphorus with crops can reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and mitigate environmental damage. Experimental Design: A pot experiment was conducted at the experimental farm of Fertilizers Development Center, El-Delta Company for Fertilizers and Chemical Industries (ASMEDA) in Talkha, Dakahlia Governorate during the winter season of 2015/2016 to enhancement of phosphate fertilizer user efficiency using different methods of application. In addition, determined the optimum methods of application of phosphorus fertilizers for growth, yield and yield components and the availability of nutrients for faba bean Giza 716 cultivar the pots experiment was carried out in 108 factorial experiment in complete randomized block design with three replications.
