Abstract

Cancer cells in their growth and transfer to other cells within the body depends on the process of angiogenesis, which is stimulated by certain enzymes. Thus, the design of certain compounds has the ability to bind to this enzyme and inhibit it will control the growth of cancer cells and transmission within the body.Chapter I (Introduction): The introduction includes the definition of cancer tumors, the role of blood vessels in the growth and transmission of cancer cells within the body, and also tyrosine kinases and addressing VEGFR-2 as one of the most important receptors that activate the process of angiogenesis , And also discussed the different ways to inhibit this enzyme and the existing drugs, which have obtained permission from the FDA and also the various compounds that have been designed and constructed to prevent the activity of this enzyme and thus control the tumor and the death of cancer cells. Chapter II: (Research Objective): Design and synthesis of new compounds as sorafenib derivatives as one of the drugs approved by the FDA, and measuring their effect as anti-tumor tumors. Several compounds that have a significant importance and effectiveness against tumors have already been achieved by inhibiting the enzyme VEGFR-2. Chapter III: (Theoretical Discussion) In this study, different chemicals and chemical reactions have been used to synthesize the new compounds and their structural proof has been confirmed by a variety of analyzes, such as infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), carbon, proton and mass spectrometry. Chapter IV: (practical part): The reagents that were used and the methods of synthesis, as well as the results of the analysis using several devices have been verified the validity of the results of the compounds in the current study, such as infrared radiation, and the magnetic resonance of carbon and proton, mass device and the analysis of racial, By the magnetic resonance system of carbon and proton. Chapter V: (Biological analysis and results): The results of the analysis of the biological efficacy of compounds against cancer lung cells and also against VEGFR-2 have been screened and the selection of the potent three compounds to perform some biological analysis to prove the effectiveness of these compounds. Chapter VI: (Biological Modeling): The results of biological analyzes have been linked to the molecular modeling results of the most potent compounds that demonstrate the association of compounds with the enzyme VEGFR-2using MOE software Chapter VII: (References).
