Abstract

This study was designed to know the effect of some heavy metals pollution on organs of fish in Delta Egypt Through; 1-Determination of some heavy metals (lead, cadmium, cupper) in muscles, liver, kidney and gills of fish. 2-Evaluation of some hematological parameters including erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration, Packed Cell Volume and erythrocyte indices as well as, total leukocyte count. 3-Evaluation of some selective serum biochemical parameters for liver Materials and Methods 120 samples of Nile Tilapia fish (Oreochromis spp.) were collected from the Manzala lake , Diast drainage , Drainage behind Talkha factory of fertilization , Nile of Sherbin , Elgerby Ras Elbar and the control group was collected from special farm from Kafr El Sheikh In order to complete the objective of the present study the following experimental design was illustrated as follows: 120 fish samples were collected and divided into six groups; as follows a) The 1st group (G1): Collected from special Farm from Kafr El Sheikh (20 samples) (control group). b) The 2nd group (G2): Collected from drainage behind Talkha factory of fertilization (20 samples). c) The 3rd group (G3): Collected from Elgerby Ras Elbar (20 samples). d) The 4th group (G4): Collected from Manzala Lake (20 samples). E) The 5th group (G5): Collected from Nile of Sherbin (20 samples). f) The 6th group (G6): Collected from Diast drainage (20 samples).
