The present study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a religious psychological counseling program in reducing some of the inconsistent behaviors among the deaf, represented by (aggressive behavior, rebellious behavior, withdrawn behavior, lying behavior) of primary school students, and the study sample consisted of (20) students in the education stage The main ones are between the ages of ”10-13” years and their IQ between ”90-110” and their degree of hearing loss ”more than 70 dB” and who scored high on the inconsistent behavior scale for the deaf. They were divided into (10) male and female students (experimental group), and (10) male and female students (control group) at Al-Amal School for the Deaf in Mansoura City, Dakahlia Governorate, and the study tools were represented in the measure of inconsistent behavior of deaf pupils (researcher preparation), the initial data collection form For deaf students (prepared by the researcher), the psycho-religious counseling program for deaf students (researcher preparation), and the study relied on the experimental curriculum, with a quasi-experimental design (pre-post-tracer) for two experimental and control groups that are equal in terms of age, degree of intelligence (IQ) , and gender. The researcher reached the following results: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post application of the inconsistent behavior scale in favor of the experimental group. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the non-consensual behavior scale in favor of the post measurement. 3- There are no differences between the mean scores of the experimental group scores in the two dimensional and sequential measures on the inconsistent behavior scale.
