Abstract

Due to the growing trend of using compact devices like smart phones had led people to reduce using laptop and desktop devices, although all of enhancements in mobile devices, there are still limitations in these devices according to growing users demands like handling heavy applications such as gaming, video editing, augmented reality, and face recognition, the need of big data processing etc. that requires an intensive computational power and consuming mobile resources. Mobile cloud computing act as an ideal solution that integrates cloud computing and mobile devices to extend battery life and increase application performance recently different frameworks offload only heavy process applications to remote servers. But such frameworks had a lot of limitations like Heterogeneous Cloud Platforms, there is no solution provided on how to utilize from the elastic resources in the clouds yet, the need to enable parallelization in executing functions, also we need a suitable solution to deal with the case of network in low bandwidth and overhead. serverless computing act as a new cloud service known as Function-as-a-Service has been presented as a way to additionally cost-efficiencies, reduce developer efforts by immediately provisioning suitable execution environment for raising application’s ability to speed up, flexibility scaling in the cloud as demand. Our proposed solution introduced an integrated and enhanced framework; through a dynamic offloading algorithm that offloads only sensitive functions to serverless computing Instead of cloud computing centers so it can enable parallelization in executing functions save energy consumptions and reducing latency. Based on real-time decision metrics and also take a good decision in low bandwidth networks.
