Management by fun is one of the most important organizational concepts for the success of companies, because of its great impact in achieving a fun work environment, so it was necessary for the management of tourism companies to search for modern means to improve the work environment and achieve moral communication between employees. Managing by fun is not an end in itself but a means that leads to the higher goal, which is to break the barrier of isolation in the work environment. Fun in this environment is a necessity, not a luxury, because it originates in a person the feeling of satisfaction with his/her role in the work environment, so managers must strive to create an appropriate work environment to achieve its goals and significance according to a scientific methodology, as well as focus on the importance of smiling with workers to achieve moral communication along with its positive impact on the lives of individuals and its role in improving the work environment, increasing productivity and providing the best services by employees to clients. This makes it imperative for the company’s management to create an atmosphere of fun and pleasure at work. Administrative studies have proven that the administration that applies fun enhances organizational affiliation in general within the tourism company. This study aimed to explore the variables of management by fun that affect the organizational affiliation prevailing within the Egyptian tourism companies, and to know the extent of the impact of those variables on enhancing the organizational affiliation of workers. The research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach in collecting and interpreting data. A questionnaire was distributed via the Internet, and the size of the study sample reached (383) individuals, while SPSS, V.24 was used for data analysis. The results concluded that management by fun has a significant impact on the organizational affiliation in tourism companies from the employees’ point of view, which indicates the vital role of management by fun on various levels. The research presented its recommendations to tourism companies and to the Ministry of Tourism to support this approach in tourism companies.
