The effectiveness of a rehabilitation program with using ultrasound to treat synovial membrane inflammation of shoulder joint for some athletes” The research aims to design a proposed rehabilitation program with the use of ultrasound for the treatment of synovial capsulitis of the shoulder joint in some athletes. This is done by knowing the extent of improvement in:- 1_ The level of muscle strength of the shoulder joint muscles in the research ample.2_ The kinematic range of the shoulder joint in the research sample. 3_ The degree of pain in the shoulder joint in the research sample.The researcher used the experimental method through the experimental design of one group with trial and remote measurements on a sample size of (10) of the injured, and the most important results were that the proposed rehabilitation program with the use of ultrasound has a positive effect in relieving the pain caused by the synovial capsulitis of the shoulder joint in a sample The athletes under research, the proposed rehabilitation program with the use of ultrasound has a positive effect in improving the level of muscle strength of the muscle groups working on the shoulder joint in the sample of athletes under study.1_The proposed rehabilitation program with the use of ultrasound has a positive effect in relieving the pain caused by the synovial capsulitis of the shoulder joint in the sample of the athletes under study.2_ The proposed rehabilitation program with the use of ultrasound has a positive effect in improving the level of muscle strength for the working muscle groups.
